Our primary focus is Meta (Facebook and Instagram), where the targeting capabilities and audience scale make it the most effective paid social platform for the majority of businesses. We also run WhatsApp ad integrations through Meta. For clients where TikTok or LinkedIn is a better fit for their audience, we can advise on and manage those platforms too.
We recommend a minimum ad spend of £1,500–£2,000 per month to generate enough data for meaningful testing and optimisation. Below that threshold, campaigns take significantly longer to learn and the testing you can do is limited. Our management fee covers strategy, creative production, campaign management, and reporting. This is separate from your ad spend.
We produce ad creative in-house as part of our paid social service. This includes static image ads, carousel ads, and short video content. Creative is briefed, designed, and tested specifically to perform on social platforms. Not adapted from existing brand materials. If you have creative assets you want to use, we can work with those too and advise on what's most likely to perform.
We use a combination of interest-based targeting, custom audiences (built from your existing customer data), lookalike audiences, and retargeting, deploying each at the right stage of your funnel. We continuously test audience combinations and apply negative audiences to exclude people unlikely to convert, ensuring your budget reaches the people with the highest likelihood of becoming customers.
Yes. The Meta pixel is essential. It's a piece of tracking code on your website that records user behaviour and reports conversions back to Meta's ad platform. Without it, Meta can't optimise your campaigns for conversions and you're essentially flying blind. We set up and verify the pixel as part of onboarding, and implement the Conversions API alongside it for more reliable tracking.
We track and report on reach, impressions, click-through rate, cost per click, conversions, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend, benchmarked against the targets agreed at the outset. Reports are written for business owners: clear, jargon-free, and always focused on what the numbers mean for your revenue rather than just the platform metrics.
