The Finished Product

A digital home for a new kind of workspace.

Collective Beauty's new website is built from the ground up to match the brand's modern, design-led identity: clean, fast, accessible, and engineered to convert at every step. Behind the scenes, a bespoke internal portal gives the team a single place to manage the business across all three locations.

The Challenge

A new business model.
A digital build to match.

Collective Beauty is a shared-workspace concept for the beauty industry: somewhere between a co-working space and a salon, giving independent beauty professionals the space, infrastructure, and flexibility to run their own businesses without the overheads of a fixed lease. Three locations in and growing fast.

The model is distinctive enough that off-the-shelf tooling didn't fit. The brand needed a site that did justice to its design-led identity, an internal system the team could actually run the business with, and a paid media engine ready to drive enquiries the moment it went live.

What We Did

Two builds.
One foundation.

The website is the headline deliverable. Built for both the public-facing brand and the practical reality of selling beauty workspace, it's a clean, modern site that loads fast, ranks well, and converts enquiries. It scores a perfect 100 out of 100 on Google's SEO best practices and 92 on accessibility.

Behind the brand, the internal portal gives the team a proper tool to run the business with: a single platform managing operations across all three locations, replacing the patchwork of spreadsheets and apps the team had been working with.

And in parallel, the PPC engine has been built end to end: account architecture, campaigns, audience targeting, and landing pages all set up and ready to launch the moment billing is live.

How we worked

01

Website build

Custom-built site engineered for speed, accessibility, and conversion — clean code, considered typography, and a structure that scales with the locations roadmap.

02

Internal management portal

Bespoke staff-facing portal to manage the operation across all three sites, replacing the patchwork of spreadsheets and apps the team had been working with.

03

PPC build

Full campaign architecture built and ready — account structure, audience targeting, and landing page alignment all in place for launch.

04

Landing page creation

Dedicated conversion-focused landing pages built to feed the PPC engine, designed to turn paid traffic into qualified enquiries.

Locations supported on a single platform

The technical foundations are exactly where they should be. A perfect 100 out of 100 on Google's SEO best practices and 92 on accessibility mean the site is doing the unglamorous work properly: clean markup, fast load times, and a user experience that holds up across devices and assistive technologies. These aren't vanity metrics. They're what underpin everything that comes next: organic visibility, paid media efficiency, and the trust signals search engines reward.

The PPC engine is built and ready to go live. Campaign architecture, targeting, and conversion-focused landing pages are all in place, with the foundations laid for a measured, ROI-first launch the moment the account is live.

Looking Ahead

The platform is live.
Now the growth starts.

The foundations are in place across all three locations. The next phase is growth: paid media live and driving enquiries, the platform scaling as new locations come online, and continued refinement across every channel that touches the business.

The site and portal were built to scale from the beginning. Adding a new location isn't a rebuild — it's a configuration. That foresight is already paying off as the Collective Beauty footprint grows.

What's next

PPC expansion

Flexible paid media built to run across workspace types and locations, launching fast and optimising for what actually converts.

Locations roadmap

The site and portal are built to scale. As Collective adds new locations, the digital infrastructure is ready to grow with them.

Ongoing optimisation

Continued refinement across web performance, conversion, and paid channels — keeping the platform sharp as the business grows.
