Full Stack Media was founded by Shane in 2006.
Nearly two decades later, it's still built on the same frustration that started it all.
Before Full Stack Media became an agency, Shane and Alex worked client-side across multiple large, privately owned businesses — the kind handing significant budgets to agencies and trusting them to deliver. At each one, the story was the same. They'd assess what the agencies were producing, bring it in-house, and watch performance improve while costs fell.
It happened once. Then again. Then again.
At some point, the pattern becomes a conclusion.
Having sat in the client seat across multiple businesses, they'd seen both traps agencies fall into. The ones who build something that looks impressive and move on. And the ones who send monthly reports dressed in metrics that don't connect to revenue. Neither type joins the dots between technology and marketing — and that gap is where growth gets lost.

So the question became obvious: if we've consistently done this better than agencies, why not offer it to others?

Shane and Alex have worked together since 2014, bringing close to four decades of combined experience — earned not in agency land, but inside ambitious, fast-moving businesses. We're a small, focused team. No account managers sitting between you and the work. Just people who are genuinely results-driven, and accountable for every outcome.
